AlaneesQatar Super Points is a reward system exclusively for registered and verified
customers of AlaneesQatar.
Points are earned for every purchase made on the Ecommerce platform, excluding
offer purchases.
1 : Earning Super Points:
Customers earn Super Points equivalent to the purchase amount for each transaction.
Customer earns 1 super point for every 1 Qar spend.
2 : Redemption Restrictions:
Super Points can only be used to redeem selected products listed in the Super Points
Zone, subject to availability changes.
3 : Redemption Process:
Customers must contact the customer care team after placing an order to redeem their
Super Points.
4 : Validity Period:
Super Points become valid 7 days after purchase and expire after 2 years.
Validity is reviewed manually during redemption.
5 : Cancellation Impact:
Super Points earned from cancelled orders/items will be deducted from the total
balance.
6 : Redemption Frequency:
There is a mandatory 2-month waiting period between point redemptions.
7 : Return Policy:
Redeemed products cannot be returned.
Warranty claims can be made for defective products covered under warranty.
8 : Availability Disclaimer:
Items available for redemption may change over time.
Products currently available for redemption may not be available in the future.
9 : Usage Restrictions:
The Super Points program is non-transferable and cannot be duplicated.
It is intended solely for use by the registered subscriber and members.
10 : Compliance with Terms:
Customers are required to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined for the Super
Points program.
11 : Removal /Termination:
Al Anees Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Super Points loyalty program if a
member:
- Breaches these terms and conditions.
- Engages in fraudulent behaviour.
- Attempts to manipulate the program.
- Provides false information.
- Violates any laws or regulations.
Violation may result in the removal of Super Points and termination of membership.
By participating in the AlaneesQatar Super Points program, customers agree to abide by these terms
